Refunds and Delivery of TRON Addresses

When and how HaoKey delivers your TRON vanity address, what happens with late or incorrect payments, and when you are entitled to a refund.

Delivery

• From stock: the address is reserved for you while the order is open (30 minutes). After the payment is confirmed on the TRON network, the order page lets you reveal the private key.
• Custom masks: generation starts after payment. Typical times: about 2 minutes for 4–5 characters, about 4 minutes for 6, around 20 minutes for 7, 2–4 hours for 8. Keep the order link — the key appears there as soon as it is ready.
• The key is shown once and then deleted from our servers. Save it right away.

Late payments

If you pay after the order timer has run out, the payment is still accepted for 6 hours. If the reserved address was taken by someone else in the meantime, we generate a new address with the same mask for you at no extra cost.

Wrong amount or wrong network

• Wrong amount: the automatic matching needs the exact amount. Contact us in Telegram with your order link and the transaction hash; we will match the payment manually or refund it.
• Wrong network or token: we can only receive USDT (TRC20) and TRX on TRON. Funds sent on other networks may be unrecoverable; contact us and we will help where technically possible.

Refunds

You get a full refund in the currency you paid to the address the payment came from if:

• we cannot deliver a paid custom order within 24 hours;
• an address cannot be delivered for a technical reason on our side and no replacement with the same mask is available;
• you were charged twice for the same order.

Because a private key cannot be "returned", a key that has already been revealed is not refundable. Network fees of the original transfer are not refundable.

How to ask

Message us in Telegram (Support button at the bottom of the page) with your order link and transaction hash. We reply as quickly as possible, usually within a few hours.
